Functional Skills:	A seasoned professional with at least 25 years of experience, of which at least 5 years should be in a senior leadership position i.e., upto 2 levels below the Board, and the experience should preferably be in the bullion and / or financial services sector. He / She should : • Have relevant experience at CXO levels or equivalent with global investment firms/ MIIs/ large banks/ corporates/ global commodity trading groups, in treasury and bullion trading functions. • Have a good understanding of technology and operations for financial services firms; strong understanding of risk & compliance frameworks. • Be effective in communication, networking, and managing the external environment and stakeholders, including engaging with regulators. • Have strong people orientation and proven experience of successfully leading a diverse team.
